What documentation will I need to provide?

Documentation requirements vary depending upon several factors, including the type of funding, the equipment and the industry. At a minimum, you will be required to provide:

  • 3 Years financial statements of the lessee/borrower/guarantors and current interim financial statements
  • Equipment Description/Purpose and associated invoices or specifications
  • Company Profile and Ownership
All loans are subject to credit and collateral approval. Additional documentation requirements will be communicated to you during this process.
